If it's your first time, you may not know what to expect and may be feeling anxious. Please refer to the "Treatment Process" on this website! I'm sure it will ease your anxiety.

The area to be treated with "wax hair removal" must have at least 1 cm of hair. Please come without any prior trimming or grooming. For
"AP Sugaring Hair Removal", we ask that you cut the hair to a length of about 5 to 7 mm in the area to be removed.
However, this may be difficult to do by yourself, so we have an additional cut fee option available, which will cost an additional 1,100 yen.

For "waxing hair removal," short hair that has been treated with a razor or tweezers does not easily get tangled in the wax and cannot be removed, so please come with hair at least 1cm long.
For "AP sugaring hair removal," there is no need to do it right before.
If it is right before your treatment, you can just come as is.
If the hair is too short, it may or may not be possible to remove it depending on the condition of your skin and pores.
However, if you continue sugaring, daily care is essential.
Do not shave, scrub, or tan before or after the treatment.

We ask that you wear a tampon.
We would appreciate it if you could avoid canceling your appointment due to your period.

We recommend waxing once every 6-8 weeks. Waxing can affect important skin tissues due to heat, so it's best to wait at least a month before waxing. If the hair is too short, the hair that can't be removed with wax will have to be removed with tweezers.
Sugaring can remove even short hairs, so it's OK to do it as soon as every 2 weeks.
However, proper home care is essential! Please consult with an AP-certified sugarer for details.

It may hurt at first, but if you slowly remove the hair over time, the pain will be less.
It is a good idea to take a painkiller 30 minutes before the treatment. (Please use your own judgment.)
If you shave after waxing, it may be difficult to remove the hair the next time, or it may be more painful.
If you are going to wax every time, we recommend waxing.
Sugaring hair removal is a different type of pain than waxing, but most people say that it only hurts the first time, and the second and third times are not so painful.

After the treatment, your skin will be sensitive, so please avoid bathing, sports that cause sweating, tanning salons, and swimming.
Please only wash off sweat in the shower.
Also, please refrain from using razors or scrubs for 3 days after the treatment.

For mild ingrown hairs, after a bath, when the skin is soft, gently rub with gauze or soft scrub cream to bring the hair out.
Alternatively, you can treat it with "sugaring hair removal" and AP mud, AP repair cream, or AP scrub. Please consult with an AP certified sugarist.

*We cannot answer the phone during treatments or outside of business hours.

If you cancel on the day, we will charge 100% of the fee, and if you change on the day, we will charge 50%.
If you cancel without permission, you will not be able to make a reservation for the next time.

Reservations for men are accepted at our Roppongi, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Sapporo and Ebisu salons.
For reservations for male VIO treatments, we only accept photo ID and credit card payment (except JCB).
If you do not have either of these, you will not be able to make a reservation at Lamina. Please look for another salon.

Our salon is equipped with ultraviolet sterilizers and disinfectant ethanol.
In addition, we have a motto of thorough hygiene management, so you can receive treatment with peace of mind.
The following items that come into contact with the customer's skin are discarded after each visit.
(Paper shorts, bed sheets, gloves, spatulas, garbage bags) We do not use spatulas twice. Items that cannot be discarded, such as tweezers and trays, are washed and disinfected in an ultraviolet sterilizer after each visit. In addition, we wipe down areas that customers touch, such as hand mirrors, with disinfectant ethanol and disinfectant sheets every time, so please feel safe.
Regarding hygiene to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we ask customers to disinfect their hands, wash their hands, and take their temperature.
We disinfect all areas that customers may touch, such as slippers, doorknobs, pens, iPads, and mirrors.
We open the windows every hour to ventilate the air.
