About reservations

I would like to make a reservation. What are the available methods?

Reservations can be made by phone, email, or LINE.
Please make sure to turn off the withholding function when calling.
If you would like to make an email, please use the reservation form on our website, which is available 24 hours a day.
*We cannot answer the phone during treatments or outside of business hours.
Please email us with your name and phone number.

I had to cancel on the day

If you cancel on the day, we will charge 100% of the fee, and if you change on the day, we will charge 50%.
If you cancel without permission, you will not be able to make a reservation for the next time.

What should I do on the day of my reservation?

We look forward to seeing you at your reserved time.
If you have made a reservation, please enter the salon, sit on the sofa and wait for a while.
A member of staff will come to you .
Depending on your physique, we may have to make you wait longer than the scheduled time.
In that case, all of our staff will do their best to accommodate you at your scheduled time.
Thank you for your understanding.

Do you accept reservations for men?

Reservations for men are accepted at our Roppongi, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Sapporo and Ebisu salons.
For reservations for male VIO treatments, we only accept photo ID and credit card payment (except JCB).
If you do not have either of these, you will not be able to make a reservation at Lamina. Please look for another salon.

About our salon

What measures do you take regarding hygiene management?

Our salon is equipped with ultraviolet sterilizers and disinfectant ethanol.
In addition, we have a motto of thorough hygiene management, so you can receive treatment with peace of mind.
The following items that come into contact with the customer's skin are discarded after each visit.
(Paper shorts, bed sheets, gloves, spatulas, garbage bags) We do not use spatulas twice. Items that cannot be discarded, such as tweezers and trays, are washed and disinfected in an ultraviolet sterilizer after each visit. In addition, we wipe down areas that customers touch, such as hand mirrors, with disinfectant ethanol and disinfectant sheets every time, so please feel safe.
Regarding hygiene to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we ask customers to disinfect their hands, wash their hands, and take their temperature.
We disinfect all areas that customers may touch, such as slippers, doorknobs, pens, iPads, and mirrors.
We open the windows every hour to ventilate the air.
